What happened? Around 10% of the Wi-Fi Hotspots we shipped in Q1 2011 (around 40 in total) developed a fault that prevented users from getting online.

We are replacing these boxes with brand new PolkaSpots 802.11n Wi-Fi Hotspot controllers. Free of charge.
